Deliveries

Local deliveries go out on our own vehicles, offering both loose tip and bagged options. Our largest lorry carries up to 9 tonnes and has a crane for lifting bulk bags and pallets, needing around 11 feet of access and reaching up to 12 feet from the vehicle (bags/pallets are normally lifted over barriers up to 4 feet high). If access is tight, smaller vehicles are available - just call us on 01635 871003 to discuss.

Deliveries outside our local area are sent via our suppliers on tail-lift vehicles, dropped at the kerbside or on the driveway. The ground needs to be flat and solid - not sloped or gravelled - and these deliveries take 5-7 working days to one address only. A few postcode areas (AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20 and above, PH, PO30-41, TR21-25 and the Isles of Scilly) need a call to our Newbury office before ordering.

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original, full packaging (cement can't be returned). A 30% restocking charge plus a collection fee applies, collection takes 7-10 days to arrange, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

We deliver locally Monday to Friday, with Saturday deliveries sometimes available on request. During spring and summer we usually need 4-5 days' notice, though we can occasionally fit in shorter notice. We'll confirm a delivery day in advance, but can't guarantee an exact time due to traffic and routing on the day.
