If a product arrives damaged, please sign the delivery ticket as damaged and take photos of the item. We're unable to collect damaged products, so once a replacement has been arranged please dispose of the damaged item yourself.
Local deliveries go out on our own vehicles, offering both loose tip and bagged options. Our largest lorry carries up to 9 tonnes and has a crane for lifting bulk bags and pallets, needing around 11 feet of access and reaching up to 12 feet from the vehicle. If access is tight, smaller vehicles are available - just call us to discuss.
Deliveries outside our local area are sent via our suppliers on tail-lift vehicles, dropped at the kerbside or on the driveway. The ground needs to be flat and solid, and these deliveries take 5-7 working days to one address only.
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in its original, full packaging (cement can't be returned). A 30% restocking charge plus a collection fee applies, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
We deliver locally Monday to Friday, with Saturday deliveries sometimes available on request. During spring and summer we usually need 4-5 days' notice, though we can occasionally fit in shorter notice.
