Damaged Goods

If a product is damaged or faulty we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

If you see good are damaged on arrival please sign the delivery ticket 'damaged' and contact us as soon as possible. Please check your delivered goods as soon as you can and if possible take photographs of the items that are damaged.

We cannot collect damaged products. Customers are advised to dispose of any damaged products once replacements have been organised.
